Generative AI consulting helps a company decide where models such as GPT-4, Claude and Gemini should draft, summarize, research or sort information, and how to roll them out safely. FullStackCloser is a generative AI consulting company for B2B teams: we choose the use cases, match a model to each, set data and privacy guardrails, design the prompts and workflows, and take pilots into daily use with trained teams.
We find the reading, writing and sorting work in each team and rank which use cases are worth piloting.
GPT-4, Claude or Gemini chosen per task, based on output quality on your own examples, cost, speed and each vendor's data terms.
Rules for what data each tool can see, which account and retention settings to use, and where a person approves output before it reaches a customer.
Tested prompts, templates and step-by-step workflows connected to your CRM, documents and inbox, so results stay consistent across the team.
A small pilot with a clear success measure, then the integrations, monitoring and handoff needed to run it every day.
Hands-on training, written playbooks and a named owner for each workflow, so people keep using it after launch.
Gen AI consulting services are the planning and rollout side of generative AI: which use cases to pursue, which model and settings to use, what the guardrails are, and how the team will work with the result. Many use cases need no custom software at all, just the right tool, shared prompts and a connected workflow.
When a use case does need a dedicated application, agent or data pipeline, our Custom AI Development team builds it. Consulting picks and proves the use case; development builds what the pilot shows is worth keeping.
Generative AI earns its place where people spend hours reading and writing. Typical use cases by team:
| AI chat seats for everyone | A planned generative AI program | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it starts | Licenses bought and people told to experiment | A short list of use cases chosen for time saved and impact |
| Data handling | Each person decides what to paste in | Written rules on approved tools and data, with the right account settings |
| Consistency | Results vary with whoever writes the prompt | Shared, tested prompts and workflows |
| Connection to your systems | Copy and paste between the chat window and the CRM | Models connected to the CRM, inbox and documents where it matters |
| How success is measured | Seats and logins | Hours saved and output quality on agreed workflows |
Audit your pipeline, sales process, tools, automations, CRM and AI opportunities.
Map the system your company actually needs, from acquisition to follow-up to reporting.
Implement the agents, automations, integrations and processes, with fixed deliverables.
Track performance, improve workflows and compound results over time.

A generative AI consultancy helps a business choose use cases, select models, set data privacy and usage guardrails, design prompts and workflows, run a pilot and train the team. FullStackCloser focuses on B2B sales, marketing and operations, and hands off to its Custom AI Development team when a use case needs a dedicated build.
No single model is best for every business task. GPT-4, Claude and Gemini differ in writing style, reasoning, long-document handling, speed and price, and each release shifts the balance. The reliable way to choose is to test two or three on your own examples and score accuracy, tone and cost.
Use business or API plans whose terms say your data is not used for model training, limit which data each tool can access, and mask sensitive fields where possible. Write down what staff may paste into public chat tools, and keep human review on customer-facing output until the workflow proves reliable.
Start with one workflow and a clear success measure, such as hours saved or edits needed per draft. Once the pilot meets it, connect the model to the systems it needs, add logging, error handling and review steps, write a short playbook, name an owner, and train the daily users.
Custom software is not always needed for generative AI. Many use cases work with the AI features in tools you already pay for, plus shared prompts and an automation platform such as n8n, Zapier or Make. Custom development makes sense when a workflow needs your own data, several connected systems, or quality a general chat tool can't reach.
Train people on the two or three workflows that matter to their role rather than on AI in general, give them tested prompts and examples, name an owner for each workflow, and track use and output quality. Adoption improves when the AI step sits inside tools people already open every day.
FullStackCloser's generative AI work begins with the one-time $997 AI Strategy Session, where we audit your business and funnel in 60 minutes and map the AI opportunities worth pursuing, with an implementation roadmap. Pilots and builds are scoped as projects from $3,500 with fixed deliverables; ongoing work is available through the Fractional CRO / Growth Partner engagement from $13,500 per month.
